Peninsula Park Rose Garden is celebrating its 108th birthday this year with a unique family activity!

Because of the current health and safety requirements, this celebration is an opportunity for you and your family to visit the Rose Garden for a “virtual” scavenger hunt. You can download the scavenger hunt sheet on this page and print it out on your home printer.

You might learn a few things about the Rose Garden that will surprise you! Bring a snack, bag lunch, or a picnic to the Rose Garden to enjoy after the hunt. Please be sure to wear a mask and safely distance from other groups as you enjoy your treats in the shade of the many lovely trees in Peninsula Park.

Although the activity is designed for 3-8 year olds, any child or adult can do the activity. So, print out several copies, one for each family member to find their own answers and compare at the end!

We would like to post your Rose Garden Birthday wishes on our website form below. Or, if you’d rather, just write your first name, last name initial and the date on the printed form and drop it into our Donation Box at the South Entrance to the Rose Garden. We will take it from there.  The South Entrance is located on N Ainsworth between N Kerby and N Albina.

We hope you enjoy your family adventure in Peninsula Park Rose Garden!
