Madame Caroline Testout

The official rose of Portland, the Madame Caroline Testout (pronounced ‘test-oo’) was planted en masse in Portland between the years of 1905 and 1920. A hybrid tea, this medium pink, loose double bloom rose was introduced in 1890 and is still available today from a variety of growers.
