Adopt-A-Rose Program
Honor a loved one or celebrate a special event by adopting a rose through our Adopt-A-Rose program. Your contribution is tax-deductible and includes a personalized plaque prominently placed in the garden.
Please follow the steps below to get started and thank you!
1. Download the Adopt-A-Rose registration form and fill it out.
2. Choose one of the three types of roses available for adoption. Each dedication period is three years, with an opportunity to renew. Costs are listed below.
Climbing Rose Trellis – $300 (9 slots)
Caroline Testout – $400 (SORRY, SOLD OUT)
Sally Holmes Wall – $500 (limited availability)
3. Choose how you would like to commemorate your plaque by selecting one of the dedications below.

5. Once we receive your registration form, we will contact you to confirm plaque details and payment.
Please note: We will notify you when your plaque is ready to be installed in the garden. Spots are limited, and the turnaround time could take weeks. Thank you for understanding.
If your adopted rose fails to thrive, we will move your plaque to a similar variety and notify you.
Your donation, net the cost of producing and installing the plaque, will go directly to caring for the over 6,000 roses in the Peninsula Park Rose Garden.
